The project mainly produces 600*600 polishing glaze, 800*800 polishing glaze, 600*1200 polishing glaze, antique brick, etc., with a daily output of 15,500m ² (the first phase mainly produces 300*600 tiles, 400*800 tiles, matte tiles, etc., with a daily output of 25000m²), all of which are the overall ceramic technology solutions provided by Juncera.
Using the expert management system of building sanitary ceramics developed by Juncera, in Juncera China laboratory, the body raw materials are selected one by one, and the ceramic body raw materials with the highest cost performance are selected. After the data analysis of the performance of the body raw materials, small experiments are carried out. Comparing the experimental results and combining with the primary formula, the pilot formula was finally determined.
Finally, at the Vietnam production site, Juncera team carried out detailed theoretical training for each position of the customer, and formulated detailed quality control standards for all processes. Juncera equipped with the most professional body engineers, kiln engineers, glaze engineers to assist the factory commissioning. Finally put into production smooth brick, the product is highly recognized by customers.
